Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute (GDI) points out who are the ones influencing the way we think today.
The GDI and MIT researcher Peter Gloor have presented the 2014 Thought Leaders ranking, elaborated with the help of software-based calculations. The point of the exhaustive study has been to measure the global importance of creative minds. Among the names: Pope Francis, economist Amartya Sen or writers Mario Vargas Llosa and Paulo Coelho. The evaluation criteria has been determined in three categories: The blogosphere, the Twittersphere and the (English) Wikipedia-sphere.
